When you’re looking for great content to better yourself, what do you usually do?

Maybe you Google tips on being a great entrepreneur, you’ll probably get sites like the one you’re on right now. Nothing wrong with it, in fact, it’s a great way to find quick, digestible and quality content.

However, the amount of time we spend on the train, taxi, bus or plane, means we may not be utilising all our available time efficiently. Before everyone goes off on me for being a dystopian efficiency freak, bear with me. Average travel time during peak hours in busy metropolitan Southeast Asian cities can be upwards of an hour. If you don’t want to read in a crowded bus or moving car, then maybe podcasts are for you.

Here are a few that we think would really help you.

Asia Tech Podcast (http://www.asiatechpodcast.com/)

This is touted as Asia’s only regular podcast show and they might be right. At least for the startup and entrepreneur stage. Their interviews with CEOs are definitely something to catch with some great interviews in the last few months like the founder of Technode, CEO of MyDoc and quite a few others.

They have a weekly live talk show and all their podcasts are free to download from the iTunes store or Youtube.

Indie Hacker (https://www.indiehackers.com/podcast)

This is a fun, open and pretty inclusive podcast for someone looking for out of the box ideas not usually covered by the mainstream.

I don’t mean they go off the reservation so to speak, but they’ve expanded the types of guests they bring on the show. On the plus side, they have a lot of written content as well so it might be a great way to kill two birds with one stone.

Find them on iTunes here and Google Play store here.

Mixergy (https://mixergy.com/)

“Learn from the best to be the best” is what some people say. Well, most of us say that. Mixergy might be the resources for you if you’re one of those people.

Boasting a wide range of interviews with some of the biggest names in business, it provides insights into the minds of great business thinkers and focuses on trying to educate and share the wealth of knowledge. They have a premium section, but I’ve found the free content to be very useful.

Find them on iTunes here.

Business Model Sandbox (http://sandbox.businessinnovationfactory.com/podcasts)

This business resource is a must-have for entrepreneurs looking for transformational stories and business case studies.

Listening to the content will be useful for those looking to understand business struggle or look for useful strategies to emulate. Though American-focused, it definitely has relevance to the Asian market.

You can download the podcast directly from the website.
